Founder and Fund Manager: Devam Modi

Devam is the Founder and Portfolio Manager with over 18 years of experience in Project Finance, Private Equity, and Equity Research. He previously served as a Director at Equirus Securities and Manager at L&T Financial Services, with a strong focus on the Infrastructure and BFSI sectors. After studying B Com and LLB, Devam completed his PGDM from IIM Indore in 2007. Devam is passionate about analyzing wealth creation opportunities and researching high-potential investment options.

Devam also enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with his family and playing chess & poker!

Executive Director: Manan Shah

Manan Shah is the Executive Director at Ardeko Asset Management bringing over 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Tax, Strategic Leadership and Business Structuring.

Before Ardeko, he spent over seven years as the Group CFO at Sayaji Industries Limited, one of India’s leading agro-chemical and food ingredients groups, where he led global transactions of Stake Sale and Foreign Joint Ventures. In the early years of his career, he founded and led a Chartered Accountancy Firm with several MNC’s and Fortune 500 companies as clients. Along with being a Chartered Accountant, Manan is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and ICAI registered Valuer and has had the experience of working in a hedge fund as his first post qualification experience.

Manan not only brings a lot of depth in communication, inherent team building and business development skills; but is also driven by strong fundamentals of integrity and ethics which align with the core values at Ardeko.

Investment Advisor: Jaymin Shah

Jaymin is the Investment Advisor with over 9 years of experience in Research. He began his career as a Management Trainee at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Jaymin holds an engineering degree and later completed his MBA from Nirma University, equipping him with a solid foundation in financial analysis.

In his free time, Jaymin enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and watching basketball and tennis.

Research Analyst: CA Hardik Jatheliya

Hardik is the Research Analyst with over 8 years of experience in fundamental as well as technical analysis. Before joining ARDEKO, he worked as a Senior Valuation Analyst at Knowcraft Analytics, involved in valuing US-based start-ups in early-stage life sciences and SaaS technology. Alongside his graduation from HL, he cleared Chartered Accountancy in 2017. During his internship, he gained valuable experience in advising clients on fundraising strategies.

A passionate market analyst, Hardik enjoys screening technical charts, listening to music, exploring different cuisines as a true foodie, and following all forms of cricket.

Research Analyst: Pranav Doshi

Pranav is a Research Analyst with over 3 years of experience in financial research and market analysis. Before joining ARDEKO, he worked as a Management Trainee at Asian Paints, where he gained valuable industry exposure and analytical expertise. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, equipping him with a strong foundation in finance and strategic decision-making. Passionate about investment research, he brings a keen analytical approach to identifying market opportunities.

Compliance Officer: Dwaitin Dave

Dwaitin is the Compliance Officer at ARDEKO, bringing over 17 years of experience in financial markets and treasury management. Before joining ARDEKO, he worked as a Forex Risk Management Manager at Vadilal Forex and has extensive experience working with consultants, banks, financial institutions, and corporations. After studying B Com and LLB, he completed his MBA from NMIMS in 2008, equipping him with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial operations.

Outside of work, Dwaitin enjoys practicing yoga, is a pet lover, and expresses his creativity through poetry.

Operations: Pooja Bafna

Pooja is an integral part of the Operations team at ARDEKO, bringing over 4 years of experience in client relationships. She holds a BBA degree from Ahmedabad University (2019) and an MBA from GLS University (2021). With hands-on experience in operations and client management, Pooja plays a vital role in ensuring seamless processes and strong client engagement.

Outside of work, Pooja enjoys watching web series, exploring new cities, and capturing moments through her photography.
